1. Perishable Products Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, all sales are considered final.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist if there is an issue with your order.


 

2. Reporting an Issue

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us:

Within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


 

3. Exchanges & Replacements

We offer a replacement or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The flowers are of unsatisfactory quality
  • The arrangement is significantly different from what was ordered

To process a request, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the product
  • Return of the original arrangement (if applicable)

 

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality floral designs and excellent service.

If an issue occurs due to our error, we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Redeliver a new arrangement, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund

We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly.


 

5. Delivery Issues

a) If the issue is our responsibility:

We will:

  • Redeliver at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund

b) If the issue is not our responsibility:

(e.g., incorrect address, missing details, recipient unavailable)

  • Additional delivery fees may apply

6. Non-Delivery Situations

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Missing contact information
  • Recipient unavailable or refusing delivery

Redelivery may be arranged for an additional fee.


 

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Substitution Policy

At Flower Valley Boutique, we strive to create floral arrangements that closely match the designs shown on our website. However, due to the seasonal nature of flowers and availability from suppliers, substitutions may occasionally be necessary.

Flower Substitutions

Flowers are subject to seasonal availability and market conditions. If certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with flowers of equal or greater value. Any substitutions will be carefully selected to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and quality of the original arrangement.

Container Substitutions

The containers or vases shown in product images may not always be available. In such cases, we will substitute with a similar container of equal or greater value that complements the arrangement.

One-of-a-Kind Flowers & Plants

For specific items such as roses, orchids, or specialty plants, if the exact variety or colour is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar type or an alternative blooming plant of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall presentation.

Major Substitutions

If a significant substitution is required that would noticeably change the design or style of the arrangement, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the phone number or email provided at the time of order.

No-Substitution Requests

If you prefer not to allow substitutions, please indicate this clearly in your order notes. Please note that selecting a “no substitutions” option may limit product availability and could affect same-day or next-day delivery timelines.

Delivery Areas & Fees

We offer local flower delivery throughout Mississauga and select surrounding areas.

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s postal code.

Our current delivery rates are:

  • Local Delivery (within approximately 5 km): $15

  • Extended Local Delivery (approximately 5–10 km): $20

  • GTA Delivery (approximately 10–15 km): $25

  • Extended GTA Delivery (approximately 15–20 km): $30

Delivery is currently available to select areas of Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Brampton, and Toronto West.

Delivery availability and pricing are automatically determined at checkout.

 


 

Delivery Times

Standard delivery window: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Business deliveries are made during business hours.

  • Funeral and time-sensitive deliveries are prioritized whenever possible.

While we strive to meet all delivery requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

 


 

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

During peak periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, major holidays, and other high-volume occasions, same-day delivery may not be available.

We recommend placing orders at least one day in advance whenever possible.

 


 

Delivery Conditions

Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

If the recipient is unavailable, we may, at our discretion:

  • Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate.

  • Leave the arrangement with a neighbour.

  • Contact the recipient or sender for further instructions.

  • Attempt redelivery, where available.

Additional fees may apply for redelivery attempts.

 


 

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

  • Refunds may not be available.


 

Weather & Unforeseen Delays

Delivery schedules may be affected by:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Traffic disruptions

  • Road closures

  • High order volume

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We will make every reasonable effort to complete deliveries as scheduled.

 


 

Store Closures

Flower Valley Boutique may be closed on certain holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery services will not be available during closures. Customers will be notified whenever possible.

 


 

International Orders

We do not currently offer international online delivery.
